A delegation from Aguascalientes, Mexico, including Dr. Francisco Chávez Rangel, director general of the Institute of Education, Ms. Laura Lorena Alba Nevarez of the Secretariat of Public Education, and the rectors of five universities in Aguascalientes, visited Kyoto University to meet Prof. Kayo Inaba, executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, and public relations to discuss future cooperation and collaboration. Executive Vice-President Inaba attended the 2nd Mexico-Japan Rectors’ Summit in Guanajuato and Aguascalientes, Mexico in October 2014.
