Mr. Anisul Huq, minister of law, justice and parliamentary affairs of Bangladesh and Dr. Taslima Monsoor, dean of the Department of Law of the University of Dhaka visited Kyoto University on October 14, 2016. They met with Prof. Yasuto Tachikawa, assistant to the executive vice-president for international affairs. During the meeting, they discussed the potential development of academic collaboration.
Afterwards, they attended a meeting with students of Kyoto University’s Faculty of Law. Mr. Huq asked about their interest in law and their goals for the future, encouraging them in their studies.
