Delegation from Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) visits Kyoto University (October 9, 2018)

A delegation from Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in France, headed by President Antoine Petit visited Kyoto University on October 9, 2018. They met with President Juichi Yamagiwa, Mr Shinji Asonuma, executive vice-president for industry-government-academia collaboration, and Dr. Kayo Inaba, executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, and public relations to discuss the further collaboration between the two institutions.

Afterwards, signing ceremony of the Agreement for the creation of the International Associated Laboratory ” Small Molecule Lab” (“Smolab”)” was held. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Minh-Ha Pham, PSL Vice-President for International Relations and Mr. Philippe Quieille, Air Liquide Group R&D Vice-President Asia, Prof. Susumu Kitagawa, director of iCeMS.
