Prof. Tilo Böhmann, Vice President of the University of Hamburg, visited Kyoto University on January 13, 2026. Prof. Böhmann met with Prof. Tetsuo Sawaragi (executive vice-president for research ethics, integrity, code of conduct, and international affairs), Prof. Mika Yokoyama (deputy executive vice-president and director of the European Center), and Ms. Kei Ayukawa (research administrator) to discuss the development of research collaboration and student exchange between Kyoto University and the University of Hamburg.
