A delegation from Semerang University, led by President Pahlawansjah Harahap, visited Kyoto University on November 26, 2015. They met with Prof. Yasuto Tachikawa, assistant to the executive vice-president for international affairs, Prof. Yasuyuki Kono, director of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, and Prof. Kosuke Mizuno of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies. The discussions focused on possible collaboration between the two institutions in the future.
