A delegation from University of the Philippines, led by Vice-President Dr. Gisela P. Concepcion, visited Kyoto University on Feburary 8th, 2016 to discuss research collaboration between the two institutions in the future. They met with Prof. Kayo Inaba, executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, and public relations, Prof. Junichi Mori, director-general of the Organization for the Promotion of International Relations (OPIR), and Prof. Yasuto Tachikawa, assistant to the executive vice-president for international affairs.
