A delegation from University Lille 1, headed by Prof. Jean-François Pauwels, vice-president for research and Prof. François-Olivier Seys, deputy vice-president for International relations, visited Kyoto University on May 19, 2016. They met with Prof. Kayo Inaba, executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, and public relations and Prof. Shinya Funakawa, dean of the Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies to discuss potential collaboration between the two universities.
