A delegation from Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin (Ireland), headed by its provost and president, Dr. Patrick Prendergast, visited Kyoto University on July 14, 2016. They met with President Juichi Yamagiwa, Prof. Tetsuji Miwa, vice-director of the Institute for Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Prof. Yukari Mitsuhashi, vice-director of the International Strategy Office. During the meeting, they discussed the potential development of academic collaboration and student exchange between the two universities.
