President Thakur S. Powdyel of Royal Thimphu College in Bhutan visited Kyoto University on January 11, 2017. He met with President Juichi Yamagiwa to discuss further cooperation between Kyoto University and Bhutan. President Powdyel gave a lecture on Bhutan’s education system at the university’s Kokoro Research Center on January 12.
