A delegation from the University of Manchester, headed by Prof. Stephen Flint, associate vice-president for internationalisation and professor of stratigraphy, visited Kyoto University on May 18, 2017. The delegation met with Prof. Yukari Mitsuhashi, vice-director of the International Strategy Office and several faculty members of the Graduate School of Science to discuss the potential development of academic collaboration of the two universities.
