Mr. Jules Irrmann, the consul general of France in Kyoto, visited Kyoto University on October 30, 202o. He met with President Nagahiro Minato, and Dr. Kyoko Inagaki, executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, public relations, and external affairs, to congratulate them on their new appointments and discuss the development of Kyoto University’s academic collaboration with institutions in France.
