A delegation from the University of Melbourne, headed by Prof Justin Zobel, pro vice-chancellor (graduate and international research), visited Kyoto University on June 22, 2022. The delegation met with Dr. Yasuyuki Kono, vice-president for international strategy, Prof Hiroshi Kokubu, dean of the Graduate School of Science, Prof Tetsuo Sawaragi, dean of Graduate School of Engineering, and Prof Bunri Usami, director of the Institute for the Future of Human Society, to discuss research collaboration between the two universities.
