A delegation from the Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP), headed by its secretary general, Prof. Pavel Kabat, visited Kyoto University on October 5, 2022.
The Human Frontier Science Program is an initiative supporting international collaboration on innovative basic frontier research in the life sciences. The delegation met with President Nagahiro Minato, Prof. Norihiro Tokitoh (executive vice-president for research and evaluation), and Prof. Kyoko Inagaki (executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs and external affairs) to discuss the program and ways to increase the number applicants from Kyoto University.
