On October 3, 2023, Mr. Philippe Mauguin, president and CEO of the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAE) visited Kyoto University. Mr. Mauguin met with President Nagahiro Minato, Prof. Yasuyuki Kono (vice-president for international strategy), and Prof. Ryutaro Tao (vice-dean of the Graduate School of Agriculture) to discuss research collaboration between INRAE and Kyoto University.
