A delegation from the University of Southampton, headed by Prof. James Batchelor (associate dean for international research & enterprise) visited Kyoto University on October 3, 2023. The delegation met with Prof. Yasuyuki Kono (vice-president for international strategy) and Prof. Mika Yokoyama (deputy executive vice-president and director of the European Center) to discuss the development of academic and research collaboration between University of Southampton and Kyoto University.
