On October 5, 2023, Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah, rector of the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), visited Kyoto University. Prof. Wirahadikusumah met with President Nagahiro Minato and Prof. Yasuyuki Kono (vice-president for international strategy) to discuss the development of research collaboration and student exchange between the Institut Teknologi Bandung and Kyoto University.
