On October 26, 2023, Dr. Jennifer Heurley, vice-president for international relations of Université PSL visited Kyoto University. Dr. Heurley met with Prof. Norihiro Tokitoh (executive vice-president for research and evaluation) and Prof. Mika Yokoyama (deputy executive vice-president and director of the European Center) to discuss research collaboration between Université PSL and Kyoto University.
