On May 22, 2024, Prof. Andy Hor, deputy chief executive (research) of the Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), Associate Prof. Edwin Yeow, assistant dean (research programs) of Nanyang Technological University, Associate Prof. Caroline Lee, vice-dean (outreach and admissions) of the National University of Singapore, Associate Prof. Soh Gim Song, director of education of Singapore University of Technology, and Prof. Baihua Zheng, associate dean (postgraduate research programs) of Singapore Management University visited Kyoto University. They met with Prof. Susumu Kitagawa, executive vice-president for research promotion and Prof. Yasuyuki Kono, vice-president for international strategy, to discuss the development of research collaboration and student exchange.
