On November 14, 2024, Dr. Jin Chang Soo, consul-general of the Republic of Korea in Osaka, visited Kyoto University. He met with President Nagahiro Minato, Prof. Tetsuo Sawaragi (executive vice-president for research ethics, integrity, code of conduct, and international affairs), and Prof. Yasuyuki Kono (vice-president for international strategy) to discuss the development of Kyoto University’s academic and research collaboration with institutions in the Republic of Korea.
