Prof. B. S. Murty, director of the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, visited Kyoto University on October 17, 2025. Prof. Murty met with Prof. Tetsuo Sawaragi (executive vice-president for research ethics, integrity, code of conduct, and international affairs), Prof. Akira Murakami (dean, Graduate School of Advanced Integrated Studies in Human Survivability), and Prof. Tomomi Yagi (deputy executive vice-president for education) to discuss the development of research collaboration and student exchange between the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad and Kyoto University.
