President Nagahiro Minato and Prof. Tetsuo Sawaragi (executive vice-president for research ethics, integrity, code of conduct, and international affairs) met with H.E. Mr. Ragui ElEtreby, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Japan, on January 7, 2026. They discussed the development of academic and research collaboration between Kyoto University and institutions in Egypt.
