A Kyoto University delegation attended the 6th Japanese-German University Presidents’ Conference at Osaka University on April 12–13, 2018. The delegation was headed by President Juichi Yamagiwa and Executive Vice-President Kayo Inaba (executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, and public relations), and included thirty-two faculty and staff members and two students.
Approximately 200 people from the six member universities of the HeKKSaGOn German-Japanese university network participated in the conference, which focused on the theme of “Enhancing social impact and visibility through the next phase of collaboration.”
