Kyoto University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology co-organized a joint symposium with the title “HUST & KU International Symposium on the Education and Research of the Global environmental Studies in Asia in conjunction with 10th Regional Conference on Environmental Engineering” at Hanoi University Science and Technology, Hanoi on 30-31 October 2017.
This symposium aimed to share the information on educational collaboration with Kyoto University’s partner university in Asian and Western countries which focusing the successful of research activities to increase more value of the researches to the young generations for improvement their societies or countries. Kyoto University had started a research exchange program with the support of several Asian Universities and aimed to exchange the researchers to develop and expand Global Environmental Studies in the Asian region.
On 31st October, leading by Prof. Juichi Yamagiwa, President of Kyoto University, held a signing ceremony for jointly an exchange program with 3 universities in ASEAN countries. This will be the great opportunities to expand the collaboration in term of academic activities.
