2nd Kyoto-Bordeaux Symposium 2015 Special Lecture “Making the Most of‘Terroir’ Thanks to Oenology”

As part of the 2nd Kyoto-Bordeaux Symposium, there will be a special lecture on Thursday 21 May given by Professor Denis Dubourdieu, a world-known oenologist from the University of Bordeaux. The lecture will be followed by a wine tasting event, which offers a variety of Bordeaux wine produced by Professor Debourdiu himself.
