As part of the 2nd Kyoto-Bordeaux Symposium, there will be a special lecture on Thursday 21 May given by Professor Denis Dubourdieu, a world-known oenologist from the University of Bordeaux. The lecture will be followed by a wine tasting event, which offers a variety of Bordeaux wine produced by Professor Debourdiu himself.

* Participation restricted to faculty members, students, and administrative staff of Kyoto University only. Students need to be twenty years old or above (proper IDs required).
