A delegation from Kasetsart University in Thailand, headed by President Chongrak Wachrinrat, visited Kyoto University on December 6, 2016. They met with President Juichi Yamagiwa to discuss the further development of the academic relationship between the two universities.
On December 6–7, the 2nd KU-KUGSA Symposium： Food, Environment and Life for the Next Generation, was jointly held at Kyoto University by Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Agriculture and Kasetsart University.
