Dr. Shankar Prasad, associate provost for global engagement and strategic initiatives of Brown University in the United States visited Kyoto University on March 27, 2017. He met with Prof. Nagahiro Minato, executive vice-president for research, planning, and hospital administration to discuss the potential development of academic collaboration between the two universities.
