Dr. Nguyen Hoang Oanh, vice rector of Vietnam Japan University visited Kyoto University on August 10, 2017. He met with Prof. Kayo Inaba, executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, and public relations to discuss the potential development of academic cooperation between the two universities, including KU’s Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies.
