A group of researchers from National Taiwan University (NTU) visited Kyoto University on July 13, 2018 to meet with researchers to discuss their latest research results and the possibility of research collaboration in the fields of medical record data mining, care for the elderly, and hospital automation systems. The group from Taiwan consisted of Prof. Fei-Pei Lai of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Prof. Chi-Sheng Shih of the Department of Computer Science and Information, and Prof. Yen-Yuan Chen of the Medical Education. They met with Prof. Yuichi Imanaka of Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Medicine, Assoc. Prof. Atsushi Nakazawa of the Graduate School of Infomatics, and Dr. Teeranee Techasrivichien, program-specific assistant professor of the Graduate School of Medicine.
