On October 3, 2022, a delegation headed by Dr. Peyman Salehi, research deputy of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran visited Kyoto University. The delegates met with Prof. Yasuyuki Kono (vice-president for international strategy) to discuss the development of Kyoto University’s academic and research collaboration with institutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
