Dr. Kayo Inaba, Kyoto University’s executive vice-president for gender equality, international affairs, and public relations, attended the 8th ASEAN+3 Heads of International Relations Meeting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on October 18–19, 2018. The theme of the meeting was ”Global Citizenship Development: Capturing and Adding the Values to the Current and Future AUN Mobility Activities—the AUN and ASEAN+3 UNet Approaches.” The meeting’s approximately ninety participants divided into separate groups to discuss various themes relating to the promotion of student mobility within the ASEAN University Network (AUN.)
