The 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) will be held in the UK on October 31–November 12, 2021. Prior to the conference, a webinar will be held about the newly launched COP26 Trilateral Research Initiative, a research initiative to address climate change in collaboration between Japan, the UK, and countries in the ASEAN region.
The RENKEI research team in the field of climate change, which includes researchers from Kyoto University, will participate in the COP26 Trilateral Research Initiative. The webinar will include presentations by each participating project, and Prof. Yasuto Tachikawa of the Graduate School of Engineering will participate in the panel discussion session.
