Kyoto University ASEAN Center had a great honor to welcome the Director of International Affairs Division and Minister’s Secretariat, Mr. Imasato Yuzuru from Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan.
First Secretary of Embassy of Japan in Thailand, Five Japanese universities, one Thai university and three Japanese institutions including NPO and governmental organizations in Thailand were invited to join the exchange of pinion on “Human policy regarding to export of infrastructure and industry-academia-government resource development collaboration between Japan and Thailand.”
