On 15th Dec 2018, Kyoto University co-hosted with alumni and alumna associations of Kyoto University in each country in Southeast Asia to held The Kyoto University Southeast Asia Network Forum at Phnom Penh in Cambodia.
The forum provided for 3 sessions
Session 1: Higher Education presented by Kyoto University and Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, Cambodia.
Session 2: Education and Exchange presented by Kyoto University, and Royal University of Agriculture.
Session 3: Flash presentation presented by Kyoto University Japanese and Cambodian Alumni.
This international forum expected that we can apply educational research and utilize the results to gain more benefit to societies particularly their home countries. We look forward to increasing the amount of cooperation among alumni in Southeast Asia counties, stakeholders, institutions as well as ministries to improve the quality of research and make our societies become greater.
